  • Do you offer tours?

    Yes! We offer tours of our student rentals throughout the week during our business hours, Monday through Saturday, 7 am-9 pm. To set up a viewing, give us a call at 715-781-2606​ or email us at hennessey1986@gmail.com.

  • How much is rent?

    Our student rental rates for our 2 bedroom apartments are $1,020 a month.

  • What utilities are included in rent?

    We include ALL utilities in our monthly rent, including:

  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes, we allow our renters to sublet with no problem! Just call us to discuss the steps you need to take.
